34ok Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 34ok platform and all its services. 34ok is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

34ok provides services only to users aged 21 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration you must confirm the accuracy of your age.

• Valid Passport

If a user opens an account by providing a false age and this is subsequently proven, their account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is your responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone.

9 Software & Intellectual Property

9.1 User Restrictions

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Decompiling or reverse-engineering the game software is prohibited.
• 34ok's brand or logo may not be used without permission.
• Platform content may not be used for commercial purposes.

9.2 Third-Party Software

The 34ok platform uses software from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. This software is owned by the respective providers and is governed by their own licenses and terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

34ok strives to provide uninterrupted service, however 34ok's liability is limited in certain situations.

11.3 Self-Exclusion
